| Services Provided: |
multiple sessions, single event, or as part of a retreat, seminar, workshop, or training |
| Description: |
| Individuals and organizations around the world are experiencing the profound impacts of Unconditional Laughter. (Yes, laughter truly is the best medicine!) Organizations are benefiting from enhanced creativity and teamwork, increased efficiency and communications, and decreased illness and turnover. Individuals are realizing a range of physiological, psychological, and emotional benefits. Unconditional Laugher (also known as Laughter Yoga) was started in 1995 by a physician. As a global movement for health, today it is in over 60 countries and is being implemented in a variety of settings. The practice combines laughter, deep breathing, and relaxation. (It does not include yoga postures.) The foundation is that anyone can laugh for no reason, without relying on comedy or humor. Unconditional Laughter is based on the scientific fact that the body cannot differentiate between fake and real laughter; each results in the same benefits. With regular practice, an emerged new sense of ease becomes realized as one's "natural state" which underlies all of life's conditional and challenging experiences.
